Kate Rowley, curtain maker.

Since leaving Camberwell School of Art and Crafts I worked for over thirty years as a freelance textile designer, designing wallpapers, bed linens and furnishing fabrics mainly for the US, UK, Scandinavian and Australian markets. I have also refurbished and decorated three houses over the years making my own curtains cushions and even loose covers, often using fabrics of my own design.

Subsequently I trained in curtain and Roman blind making, and have made the move to become a professional curtain maker.
